The collective directorship have the background history to take this company to IPO with in 3 to 5 years, And their collective resources have given them access to off market deals throughout europe for construction (J/V's) and sale leaseback deals with excellent covenants holding onto major bluechip companies. As well as retained major bluechip companies that they are at present working closely with.
They now wish to set up a Managed property fund and are offering a good rate of returns to all investors with the option to participate in the IPO of the company in 3 to 5 years time.
