FOREVER DUSTY LLC is a theatrical production company. Our show, FOREVER DUSTY, is an original musical telling the compelling, moving and socially relevant life story of the great British singer, Dusty Springfield. The show opens at New York’s most prestigious Off Broadway house, New World Stages this November.

Meet our team: Our Executive Producer/General Manager , EVA PRICE won FIVE TONY AWARDS earlier this month for her current show PETER AND THE STARCATCHER. She was also named to this year's "40 Under 40" in Crain's New York Business Monthly. Some of her other projects have included “How the Grinch Stole Christmas,” “The Merchant of Venice” (with Al Pacino) and “The Addams Family.”
Our co-producer and lead investor is JORJA FOX, star of CBS TV's long running hit show CSI. Jorja is a huge Dusty fan and has been with our project since its first workshop production. When the show goes up, she plans to use her access to various major media outlets to help with promotion
Our Director, RANDAL MYLER, is an earlier Tony nominee, for AIN'T NOTHIN' BUT THE BLUES. He is also the writer and original director of LOVE, JANIS. Our Dusty show is a natural for his considerable talents. Our second lead actress currently has a leading role in the Tony-winning hit, BOOK OF MORMON.
Our marketing/advertising firm, AKA (http://www.akanyc.net/), handles SPIDER MAN and CLYBOURNE PARK among many other hits on Broadway. They're taking on our Off Broadway project because of their love for Dusty and this project specifically. Our set designer, Wilson Chin (who did NEXT FALL on Broadway: (http://www.wilsonchin.com) and Musical Director, Michael Thomas Murray are both Yale grads.
Story synopsis: With her towering blonde beehive, spectacular outfits, and most of all, her unforgettable, soulful voice, Dusty Springfield became the first great female pop star of the 1960s. But how did a shy, awkward Catholic schoolgirl with the cumbersome name of Mary Isobel Catherine Bernadette O’Brien, transform herself into an icon for a generation? Forever Dusty tells the compelling and moving story of Dusty’s journey, in a dramatic, high-energy musical filled with some of the most exciting pop songs ever written, including “Son of a Preacher Man,” “You Don’t Have to Say You Love Me,” “The Look of Love,” and many others.
