Description:
Miye is a new Native American cartoon character who lives on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota.
She has older twin brothers named, Hoka and Skechatanka who also appear in her adventure stories.
Miye has many 'relatives' - both human kin, plants, and animals.
Miye's signature dress is a bright pink tipi.
Miye has a pen pal who is Native indigenous to the Pacific Islands named, KiriSa. KiriSa is able to shape shift into any animal so that she can better, more deeply understand the animals that live in the ocean as they experience pollution, warmer and rising sea waters, and resolutions of these modern problems.
Miye also deals with many social issues in positive creative ways that keep herself, her relatives, and her viewers optimistic in their trials.
Images of Miye, her twin older brothers, and other characters of 'Miye Universe/MiyeVerse' are ready to print.
