Description:
Please understand that I have left out some serious items from this summary because of the generic nature of the service and the ease of getting my idea to market with a small sum of cash.
Our Mission is to provide a service to a percentage of 85+ million Americans each and every week.
My company will build a fully functional, fully automated website with an exceptionally attractive frontend, (front page and user interface), and a complete backend, (database, structure, coding), with all of the bells and whistles needed to attract and keep the clientele. This website will allow for 99% automation of the entire company. The rest will be handled by me until such time the workload exceeds a rational personal workload and then a limited staff will be hired. We are a service orientated business and have interest from a major retailer to advertise our service at their locations.
I have secured a graphic designer for the front end and have already completed some of the necessary design work to bring the service to the marketplace. Over 85 million people purchase and or use this product weekly and we only need to secure 400,000 to be profitable, less than 1% of the total purchasers of this product make us profitable. I purchase this product myself and came up with the idea for this website in doing so.
My target client is every American, and I have sat and talked with quite a few and the results were overwhelmingly positive. 90% of the people I talked to that also purchased the product that my service replaces claimed they would use my service instead especially since the service is free. I make money from the site, not from my customers, but from their use of the site. The customers will never pay me money from their paychecks to use our service.
Our goal is to raise 150-200k to finish the frontend graphics, backend structure, market, and manage the product. There is no need for offices or staff at this point so the majority of the costs are in the equipment, coding, and management of the product.
The only competition for this service is fear of internet commerce.
Again I understand this is pretty basic and leaves a lot of the details out but it gives the general idea that you were looking for. It does however show that the service without a lot of the incomes even factored in is still profitable.
