Description:
pyronemesis is a company that will become a limited liability corporation next week. My father, Durward Mahon, has conceived an idea to use a modified version of Forrest Masters' Hurricane Simulator that he developed for the University of Florida to blow back topsoil into a forest fire, thus extinguishing it. So far, we've brought on board Steve Wolf, ATF licensed explosives expert, stunt coordinator, and all-around fire guru, and Dr. Gary Zeller, who has developed several fire retardent materials foe the military and movie industry. We have projected an estimate of just under half a million dollars to bring the plan to fruition. My father will be investing about $100,000, and several investors are looking at this deal. Also, Dr. Massengil, an associate of Dr. Zeller, is contributing exclusive licensing for a new coating he developed for the military which is both waterproof and highly flame retardent. This coating is already in use by the military, and they have agreed to provide $75,000 for seed money to market this existing patented coating. This will give Pyronemesis a product which is ready to market, so that we will have a sellable product during development of the firefighting machine.
