Description: I am looking for startup funding for a loan between $12,000 to $20,000. I have not been able to secure a traditional loan. If your loan requirements are stringent don't bother contacting me. I live in a small Texas town with only a few food choices. Many residents drive 15-20 miles to have some variety. I will pay high interest and on fast repayment schedule. I also have plans to open several other restaurants. I have original recipes and some traditional plates to maintain a regular following. These small eateries are mainstays and can draw in $100,000 to $200,000 a year. I know because I worked in the industry for a collective 20 years. I am looking for an individual that would like to help fund an initial restaurant through a private loan. A second restaurant could be a great passive income opportunity as a partner. I would like to pursue as many as possible. These are small investments but would have great monetary potential. Restaurants are primarily a cash business without chargebacks. Eating is not a fad, not cyclical and never goes out of style. And if done correctly can be one of the most profitable investments around. Please contact me if interested in making money at a steady pace and growth.
