I am looking to open a restaurant specializing in southern and Creole foods. I believe that I will bring a uniqueness to that market as I have created my own marinade for barbeque, and I was raised around a grandmother from the deep South and my father is from Louisiana. The combination of those two influences has brought me to this point, and I honestly believe that I cannot be beat in that area. It is my goal to bring real southern and Creole food to the East Valley (Gilbert). I just need someone to believe in me to help get me there. Anyone that has tasted my food has asked me if I have a restaurant or if I plan to open one.
