This Vineyard is placed in Mollala Oregon where the wine belt of the Northwest is. 20 acres of Vines grow on 60 acres of land. 8+ acres of pond to start with adding cranberry bogs and the several other acres to expand with more grapes, fruit, or activities. We are needing either 1 or more possible investors to help with the financing to purchase this property. We are willing to discuss interest and payments to eventually buy the investor out or in interim give a portion of profit.
