Company we are interested in purchasing has been around since the 80's and gross sales for day care enrollment is over $2M and net averages year to year around $180K. We have a business plan and a company valuation by CPA for it. The current deal we need capital for in order to secure bank financing is $100K.
Our start-up would be located on the property of the daycare. We also have a business plan for that and are interested in $25K for building rennovations and $25K for inventory.
