Description:
Event Center / conferences, seminars, weddings, receptions, ect. I have an AMAZING business plan, perfect property under contract, architectural drawings, plot plan drawings, and a community that desperately needs a building like this. We have office / retail space for lease in our west wing, which will provide monthly income to cover costs. We have Pueblo County ready to assist in funding, but with banks as tight as they are, we don't have the down money to make our loan happen. We have a great plan that is sure to succeed!
