Description:
I have recently purchased a bar/niteclub. It has an established clientle and has been open for 35 years. It is a neighborhood bar that is well known for having karaoke 7 nites a week. I also has an open "Beer Garden" area
that has a stage and fireplace. The bar is well known for its confort level. Everyone that comes in is like family. Currently I am seeking funds to replace some old equipment and give itt a little facelift.
