Description:
The Olympic Sports Complex is the mega gym facility that will be different from other physical fitness centers. I have signed a LOI to purchase 19 acres of land located in Phoenix, AZ for $5.9M. This is a lucrative, $50M dollar investment deal! I have a executive summary ready for view along with a confidentality agreement. We are also in contact with a sports icon that may have a great benefit to our corporation. Also my Board of Directors consist of retired Olympic medalist, ex-NFL, ex-NBA players and professionals within the community. We have a commmitment from Head Start to develop their programs within our facility which will create a tax write off for my corporation.
