The mission of Infinity Commercial Off-Market (ICOM) Global Holdings, LLC is to create a portfolio of income producing real estate assets over the next 15-20 years that will produce above average returns for investment partnerships and supplemental retirement income to the principal owner. An aggressive approach will be taken that will permit the company to be managed by means which will allow the principal of ICOM to focus on acquiring profitable assets, while his management team excel at managing the assets in our portfolio. The company will seek to invest in nine to twelve properties per year.
Initially, ICOM will seek to purchase multi-family properties that have the potential to generate immediate return on investment upon completion of redevelopment and then will be resold. ICOM will then take proceeds from sales to supplement equity investment of additional multi-family properties that will be held and rented as income producing assets, while seeking long term appreciation on a select group of these properties.
