Description:
K & K Contractors and K & K Electric was started three years ago by a husband and wife team. My husband is a licensed electrician and H.I.C Contractor. He has knowledge in General Contracting, renovations, new construction, roofs, additions plus electrical design, service upgrades etc. We want to buy distress or forclosed properties then remodel them. If they are a multi family then rent them out to provide additional income and single family remodel then resell. We joined Direct Buy to purchase material at cost. I have found a couple of homes that we are interested in but this is where we need an investor to help buy the home with us or buy the home remodel and work out roi when home sells. It's a great deal for an investor. Provide the money to purchase and we provide the contracting then
