Description:
MIL-SPEC AMMUNITION CORP.
Ammunition Manufacturing — DOW / NATO / Government / Commercial
Mil-Spec Ammunition Corp. is entering Stage 2 of startup and is raising $36 million in private equity to fund the production launch of a U.S.-based ammunition manufacturing operation in North Idaho.
INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY
• Capital Raise: $36,000,000
• Equity Offered: 48%
• Minimum Investment: $120,000
• Accredited Investors Only
• Target Exit: Approximately 5–7 Years
• Early Investor Incentive: The first $2 million invested qualifies for a special 2X equity allocation, subject to the offering documents.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Mil-Spec Ammunition Corp. is being developed as a scalable U.S. ammunition manufacturer serving military, government, law-enforcement, commercial and private-label markets.
Initial manufacturing will focus on high-demand rifle and handgun calibers, with an emphasis on military and NATO-standard ammunition before expanding further into commercial calibers. Planned production includes 5.56x45 NATO, .223 Remington, 7.62x51 NATO, .308 Winchester, 7.62x39mm, 6.5 Creedmoor, .300 Blackout, 9mm, .45 ACP, and other high-demand calibers.
Our goal is to build production capacity toward approximately 600 million rounds annually by the end of Year Five, subject to financing, demand, regulatory requirements, and execution.
WHY NOW
Ammunition is a critical consumable product for military readiness, law enforcement, training, civilian firearms ownership, and commercial shooting markets. Geopolitical instability, military stockpile replenishment, increased defense requirements, and demand for dependable U.S.-based supply chains create an opportunity for additional domestic manufacturing capacity.
The U.S. commercial market also supports substantial recurring demand because ammunition is consumed and replaced.
SALES MODEL
The Company intends to pursue:
• U.S. Department of War and federal contracting
• State/local government and law-enforcement sales
• NATO and qualified international government opportunities, subject to export laws
• Commercial wholesale, dealer, and retail sales
• Private-label/OEM manufacturing
• Direct commercial sales where legally permitted
GOVERNMENT SALES ADVANTAGE
A key strategic advantage is the Company's relationship with Government Procurement Group, founded by CEO Kevin Wright. GPG brings established government-market infrastructure, proprietary sales and business-development systems, and access to more than 30,000 prospective government agencies, contracting offices, procurement officials, and buyers. This infrastructure is intended to accelerate the Company's pursuit of federal, DOD, state, local, law-enforcement, and other public-sector ammunition opportunities.
EXECUTION & USE OF FUNDS
Following funding, the Company intends to secure and develop its North Idaho manufacturing facility; acquire and install production equipment; build component inventory; hire and train personnel; establish quality-control, compliance, security, and inventory systems; begin commercial and government production; and expand capacity as sales grow.
The $36 million raise is expected to fund:
• Facility acquisition, build-out, and infrastructure
• Manufacturing equipment
• Raw materials and component inventory
• Quality-control and testing equipment
• Staffing and training
• Government and commercial sales development
• Licensing, legal, regulatory, insurance, and compliance
• Working capital and production expansion
EXIT STRATEGY
The objective is to build manufacturing capacity, revenue, customer relationships, and enterprise value over approximately five to seven years, positioning the Company for a potential strategic acquisition, private-equity transaction, industry sale, or other liquidity event.
