I own a franchise in Neptune NJ which was bought from Focus Brands (owner of Moe's Concept). Visit (URL removed) to see the website. The restraunt has a service line that is walked down while telling the cooks what you would like on your Burrito (hand held), Taco, Salad etc.
The difference of Moe's to a Chipolte or Baja Fresh is the quality taste of the food and salsa bar. The food at Moe's is healthier and is moist and tender. The salsa is delicious and ranges in spice level.
My partner had to jump ship on this project. This is the 1st store of 5 that I plan to open in the Monmouth County NJ area over the next 3-5 years.
The cost of the project is ranged at $400-500k (working capital included). I have the bank lined up and approved.
My issue is that I would like to have a partner or investor put in $50,000 and would be willing to discuss total financing if interested.
I have a proposal from a bank and am in underwriting.
