East Tennessee Property Investors helps locate and secure properties for investors. We focus on FSBO and rehab opportunities as well REO's. Our usual guideline on REO's is 50 to 60% of FMV or We currently do not work with foreclosures or short sales. We want our investors to be able to aquire property and proceed forward so they can generate their cash flow as fast as possible. We are currently working on a web site that will assist buyers/investors to view our properties we have secured, until then we are sending opportunities via e-mail. This is not a get rich quick venture so if this is what you are looking for then DO NOT proceed with us. We are not a real estate company nor do we employ brokers but we do work with brokers from time to time due to the nature of the business. An opportunity exist from both sides of the fence with us, you can be an investor only and assist in funding with a generous return on investment or be a real estate investor and aquire real estate or both.
