I wish to restructure my farm. The banks are not willing to renew loans as farm prices have declined. I need 250000 to refinance my home and 25 acres. This will be a secured loan. Thusly I need 180000 to purchase inputs for the 2018 crop year. This loan will be secured also by the crops sold in November of 2018. This amount is all paid at this time. From previous years of farming I grossed approximately 260000 on the 180000 as an operating loan. I am a seventh generation farmer with two more generations waiting for their turn at the family farm.
