Description:
As we consider the utter devastation that Hurricanes Maria, Jose, Irma and Harvey have brought on so many people - we must ask, “Where was the preparation?” Until now there has never been a product that can truly be a cost-effective “First Line of Defense” against flooding, water damage, and mold prevention.
Water Absorb has created a unique business opportunity with an exciting potential return on investment of approximately 70% per year that also saves lives and property.
In 2012, a company was formed in San Diego named Red Lion, which raised $5 million in capital and took 5 years to create an encapsulation platform developed by Dr. Allan Pronovost a Yale scientist. This patented platform creates cages or “clathrates" around a host of water and mold molecules.
The patented technology is based on the mechanism of a virus which forms a cage around RNA and stays encapsulated for 10,000 years. The same patented technology is used for water and mold encapsulation.
Red Lion Chem Tech’s parent company RLCT Industries currently manufactures products for major utilities, the Navy and the Port of San Diego.
WaterAbsorb™ is structured on the Hypergrowth Model developed by Skip Weitzen; reducing the investor downside risk by leveraging the $5 million that was used to create the patented platform, 5 years of research and development, and the exclusive use of the patents – which puts WaterAbsorb in the unique position of a company 5 years older.
WaterAbsorb™ was founded Fall 2017 to address 2 major environmental concerns: flood control and mold. We created and patented 2 unique product lines to be the first line of defense:
1. (URL removed)terMat™ - Barricades and Diverts Water with no Sand, weighs less than a pound and costs less money than a traditional sandbag – plus it is 100% Green and Biodegradable.
2. (URL removed)terMat™ – Humidity, Odor and Mold Control – Green, Pro Earth and Biodegradable.
As an environmental company with patented Nano-technologies serving the consumer, government, and retail market; we are the first line of defense for mold and flooding issues, with no harm to humans, pets or our environment.
We are raising $3 million in working capital and are accepting 30 investors. Our minimum investment is $45K. In the past 3 weeks, our current commitments are 1.6M from 8 individuals.
We’ve scheduled 3 goto meeting presentations weekly – please join us and hear about our opportunity. The link below: (URL removed) will allow you to select the best time and day. You can also contact me at (Phone # removed)or (URL removed)
