I am in the planning phase of my idea. I am interested in opening a Brew/Pub in a highly visited tourist area near here. The initial plan for this business would be to have an on site brewery where we create a line of craft beers that are year round sellers as well as multiple seasonal brews. In addition to the brewery would be a restaurant and an attached patio with the capability of providing live outdoor entertainment. The eventual ;long term goal of this business would be in addition to the bew pub, expand to include bottling and local and/or regional distribution. With the increase in popularity of the craft beer industry as well as "Brew/Pubs", and my location of choice, I believe that this could be a highly profitable business as well as a regional destination.
