Vegas, Nevada based Limited Liability Company. Asterleaf
Certification is in the business of addressing the issue of
service staff retention and eradicating long standing
cultural deficiencies through a universal certification
program for the food service and restaurant industries.
Asterleaf Certification has already developed a 55 hour
training program that will be administered online or in a
classroom setting. The restaurant and food service industry
is the second largest private-sector employer in the U.S.
with over 13.1 million people employed. While restaurants
generate billions in sales every year and recognize service
as a being of strategic importance to their success the
industry continues to accept staffing issues with their front
of the house personnel. All restaurants recognize the
problems of staff turnover, unskilled labor and culture
deficiencies as the terrible, pain-laden cost of doing
business. Asterleaf Certification will revolutionize the
industry by eliminating these problems by harnessing the
Certified Restaurant Guest Advocate (CRGA) title.
The founders of the Company have over 30 years of
combined experience in business management both in the
restaurant industry and in other sectors. Their vision is to
develop Asterleaf Certification into the “defacto” training
brand in the industry. They have spent the last 4 years and
$150,000 bringing the Company to the revenue generating
phase of the business. This development period and
subsequent teamwork has created a Company that will soon
make its mark in the restaurant and food service industry.
