Description:
I am looking into investing in real estate, multi unit apartment complexes. I found an apartment portfolio. The owner is asking 101M for the complexes he owns. It is 15 apartment complexes, 2800+ units. I would like to be able to purchase these units. I have been doing or working in the apartment business for about 28 yrs. I know almost everything about them, that one person could know. I am looking for the capital to get me started, Can you please help me in this venture ? Thank you for any information you can give me or some direction on where I should go for the help I need, Thanks again, Sincerely, Kevin Morrell
