We are an excataving contractor looking for capital to expand our business into topsoil bagging. We already have 20.5 acres of land with a mining permit and have been digging topsoil for the last two years.
I am looking to refinance the 20.5 acres and possibly another nieghboring 10.5 with a rental house in order to lock a developement plan for 2010. We have done the prelim meetings with the city of Elk River and in 2010 our property will be sub-dividable down to 2.5 acre parcells. We had surveyor do a prelim plan and can get 8-10 lots selling for approx $110K to $175K each with very minimal expense in roads and utilities.
