Marie's Pantry is a concept I devloped sometime ago. It is primarily a store offering healthier choices to parents on the go. Instead of feed their kids fast food, we will give them the opportunity for a home meal replacement (HMR) that offers good food, well balanced meal, at a price comparable to the fast food joints. We also feel like we can offer people with digestive problems some healthier choices as well. My wife has Chrones and has alot of foods she can not eat. Well, she is not the only person in this area to suffer, we are experimenting with gluten free recipes as well as natural sugar subsitutes. We are at the present time looking at taking over a coffee shop, that would start us on our way. As well as the healthier choices, we would like to offer upscale kitchen gadets, as well as cookbooks, and even coffee beans and grinders.
