Description: I currently have several contracts with reputable construction companies. I currently do not have the cash flow to cover my weekly and monthly overhead until I collect from the companies. Everyone has moved to 30-60day terms instead of weekly or bi-monthly. I am looking for a loan of around 100K. This could be a cash out loan or a revolving line of credit either will work. I also own a home that is approx 95% renovated in Atlanta that I would be willing to use as collaterol if needed. I have good credit, however since I am now self-employed all the banks are unwilling to use my source of income for this year. They are all averaging my last two years of tax returns for my income which is much lower than it actually is. This is causing my debt to income ratio to be around 60% instead of 40%. I have a good company and trying to avoid losing this opportunity because of a small cash flow problem that will only last no mor than a year.
