I am looking for financing/Investor to purchase a business that produces tankless water heaters for homes, pools, Spa's, commercial applications. It is a small business with revenue of $1M and profitable. The owner is the wife of the founder and needs to sell. She has reduced price $25%. The product is a very simple design in many sizes that is made with all metal components which are easily replaced if necessary (part Sales). This product has gained considerable momentum in northern climates replacing oil supplied heat sources due to overall cost especially in commercial buildings. The residental side has sofetened 80% from past but Commercial is 300% up. There is also considereable interest due to Green building. This company needs to be taken to the next level with tremendous potential.
