Mission Statement
The mission of the K.B.M. Foundation is to enhance health, wellness, and social activity, social living and to provide from low-income individuals and families to everyone purchase a home with self motivation, pride, perseverance, determination and work. In everything we do, we strive to fulfill our primary purpose of glorifying GOD.
The purpose of the K.B.M. Foundation is to improve the living conditions for low-income individuals and families, but to also breathe easily with air quality indoors inside their own home. Healthy lifestyles and disease prevention have never been more important than they are today. Health-conscious individuals, children, the middle-aged, and the elderly will welcome the ability to have a clean, environmental home to call their own. This will be a substantial enhancement of the community’s overall economic development effort.
During our testing and evaluation we were quite surprised to discover that allergies, asthma, and other respiratory problems are on the increase, with nearly 60-70 percent of the population suffering to some degree. According to the Environment Protection Agency (E.P.A.), indoor air can be up to 5-10 times more polluted than outside air. They also reported that indoor air pollution is a major contributing factor to allergy and asthma type symptoms and one of the leading environmental health threats in America. In addition to the chemicals, airborne dust particles, pollens, pesticides, bacteria, dust mites, and mold spores that plague our homes and offices, many people additionally pollute their own air with chemical-laden furnishings, hair spray, cigarette smoke, pet dander, kitty litter boxes, and household cleaning products.
The K.B.M. Foundation, Incoporated has an alliance with a Construction Company and both are in very interested of building, renovating and improving working and living areas for all going GREEN.
