Description:
I ama veteran of the United States Navy, who is looking for investors for my dream project. I own and operate an in-home childcare center. I have been operating out of my home since December 2005. My business has progressed far beyond my expectations thus far. I would like to expand my business from my home to a commercial setting so that I may offer many services which are needed by the children in my are. I currently am operating 24hours a day including weekends and some holidays. There is a great demand for the services that I am providing in my area. I have an extensive waiting list of parents who are seeking to enroll their children into my facility. I service children with special needs, I offer drop off and pick service, all meals and snacks are included also. I would like to help to rebuild the economy, by opening up a go-green facility, which will open up employment for unemployed educators. I would like to offer services for both parents and children. I would like to start a mentoring program for the youth in the community so that they may have an alternative to the street life and gangs. I have found a location which is in total 24,000 square feet and is two blocks away from my current location. I service children from the ages of 6 weeks through 12 years of age.
