Description:
I have worked and lived on this family farm for 30 years and would like to buy my mother out. The potential is great this ranch has natural gas and a warm water well with good water and a endless flow, and very good water rights. I could keep doing what I have been and/or develop and use the water and gas for green houses to raise products for resale. Fresh produce is hard to come by in our climate.
