Description: The XHL International, LLC is a start-up, entertainment sports business created to develop an "Extreme Hockey League (XHL)". The XHL International, LLC plans to develop a hockey league through the sale of individual franchises and/or franchise area development agreements. Initially, venues are planned for the north east, north central, Midwest, upper Midwest, southwest and western United States with each individual franchise and assigned community needing to pass a series of pre-qualifying criteria. It is anticipated that we will have 6-8 teams operating during the first year (2010) of competitive play. A "premier event" kicking off the League is anticipated to take place in mid-October of 2009 and will be held in the northeast United States. We expect to introduce technology that will distinguish The XHL International from other hockey leagues around the country. Unique to the XHL International experience is an array of visually stimulating and stunning pyrotechnic effects utilizing our glow in the dark ice technology, glow in the dark hockey sticks and pucks, glow in the dark style uniforms and fabricated goals with built in colored running 'chase' lights; along with specially designed helmets and skates with built in lights and cameras that will allow the viewer to visualize and "participate" in the action. We are seeking $594,000 from investors to cover initial expenses up to and through the beginning sales of individual franchises and area development agreements. The expenses are enumerated in the Business Plan which is available from Management as a separate document. Franchisees will develop their own markets through a time-tested business model of a franchiser/franchisee relationship. Once funding has been achieved, an experienced franchise attorney will be developing the Federal Trade Commission required Franchise Disclosure Document and Franchise Agreement as well as the System Operations Manual, the Franchiser Business Plan, the Franchisee Business Plan and the local, regional and national Sponsorship Agreements and Player agreements as well. Thank you very much for your time and consideration.
