With the advancements in being able to find great real estate investment properties globally, As an investor, I found difficulty in finding quality contractors and other service providers to renovate properties when they property was not located in my back yard. The solution was simple in concept, but requires some IT to make it all happen correctly. So of the 40+ industries that support real estate investors, we are creating a basic listing, adding investor feedback and a virtual world for business and social interaction with a form of block chain contracts to protect both the investor and the contractor.
