Description:
Commercial heating and air conditioning company located in Southern California and servicing from Santa Barbara to San Diego and as far east as Barstow.
90% of our work are public works/local government projects (schools, police and fire stations, libraries, etc.)
The founder has over 40 years experience and is looking to semi-retire. He will stay on to consult as needed and as a project manager if necessary. Our superintendent in the field has over 20 years experience and I will act as operations manager and sales manager also having 20 years experience.
We are looking to expand operations and develope service contracts for the private sector as well as the public works division. This will allow us opportunities to get our foot into the private sector.
We are also taking on a controls department for energy management as the profit margin in this sector of our business is far greater then the construction side.
At the moment the business is a sole proprietorship but we are looking to form a corporation within a month or so.
