Description:
My family and I own a golf range and batting cages on family land. We have struggled over the years for lack of capital. The range is on 15 acres with four batting cages. We also have 12 undeveloped acres that we would like to turn into a nine hole par three. We are looking for an investor to help with the dept and development or a buyer that is looking a established business in a growing community.
