Description:
What Is New Chance America?
We are a non-profit corporation specializing in holistic, long-term foreclosure solutions for homeowners, mortgage originators (banks, mortgage companies and mortgage brokers), mortgage investors (Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae), community development corporations, credit counselors and government agencies concerned with stabilizing communities, saving families from foreclosure, and returning foreclosed families to homeownership. Our strategy enables us to impact the residential housing market of America and fill hundreds of vacant homes in a safe and cost effective manner. Our process includes REO home Acquisitions, Homeowner Foreclosure Solutions and Counseling, Partner and Sponsor involvement and Social Investor Support.
How We Do It?
We acquire foreclosed residential homes and then sell them to potential homeowners that have completed our social services program. It provides credit counseling, budgeting, financial accountability, home owner education and more. To qualify they will enter our Period of Recovery that affords them a home and a payment structure (similar to a lease purchase), that helps to regain credit, become stable and build equity. The term can be as little as one year or up to five years in the Period of Recovery.
What Makes Us Different?
So far, in the USA not one entity has taken the responsibility to provide the total solution for both the homeowner and the lender. We don’t just consult, we also provide the homes. We don’t just say improve credit scores, we help with a monthly payment plan that works. We don’t just advise on credit, we get them loans. Lenders need loans. Homeowners need homes. We help lenders get the mortgages they need to operate; that are safe, credit worthy loans. We understand both sides and provide solutions for both sides. We are “The Bridge Over Troubled Water”.
