I have created this company to take advantage of the upside of the real estate market in the Atlanta, GA area. I have achieved a Georgia and Alabama builder's license. The company has been able to attract two highly skilled individuals with vast experience in development, residential homes and commercial construction. At this time, the company does not have any liabilities and it is my intent to seek out and acquire extremely underpriced vacant lots to build single family residential homes. As well, I am purusing LEED certification to take advantage of the current "Green Initiative". The company will be founded upon strong knowledge and hard working individuals. One of the individuals that will be an employee of the organization also possesses a Georgia Real Estate Brokerage license. We would like to entertain investors that seek to place Venture Capital or be an Equity Partner. The goal of the organization is to be positioned well for the turn. There will likely be little competition remaining in the market, and none will have the capabilities and knowledge of this company.
