Description: My name is Kenneth Greer; I am the Founder of KG Designs. I create free hand Geometric Designs (no rulers or computers) that I have published in over 15 unique STRESS THERAPY COLORING BOOKS. By focusing on coloring these pattern designs, people relieve their stress. What a simple elegant concept. How many people are stressed out in this world today? Here is an example of the healing power of this therapy. I met an individual by the name of Robby. He was literally so stressed out that he told me that his intentions were to go kill his wife. I talked to him about what I do, and suggested that he try coloring for a while. I gave him a book and some pens and he started coloring while we sat down for coffee. When he started, he was looking through all the colors to find the darkest ones he could find, like black and dark blue and dark brown and so on. In about 10 minutes, he put those colors away and started picking out some medium colors like green, tan and red. I was actually seeing his stress just melt away as he colored. By the time he finished, he was incorporating all the bright colors like yellow and orange and bright green. When I asked him how he was feeling, he said that he could focus and think rationally. Three things happened that night. First of all, his wife’s life was probably spared. Secondly, his stress was released by coloring. Last but not least, he discovered a tool to use before he gets that stressed again. There are many more testimonies just like Robby. Don’t misunderstand what I am saying here. There are reasons a doctor prescribes medications to people to relieve stress. What I have witnessed is that the combination of appropriate medications and these books provides a far greater stress relief synergy.
