Description:
an established RV resort with cabin rentals along a portion of river in rural northern Nevada, which is for sale, and has been in continuous operation for approximately 15 years. The seller is an aging farmer who wishes to get out of the business, as I am hopeful to enter it. Along with the resort, a large attraction is the BLM land bordering it allowing ATV unlimited access with no controlls.
