Description:
I am interested in renting a space in Grand Island, NE to open a Fitness Center unlike anything currently in town. I currently live in Omaha, NE but grew up in Grand Island. This would be a functional training center to serve a variety of (URL removed)letes (conditioning), beginners (weight loss, etc), body building, etc. Classes, Personal training, group training, etc. I am looking for an investor to assist me with start up expenses and ongoing guidance and support. Thanks for your time.
