Description:
I'm looking to buy a established buisness. It is a oil field service company. We build and repair
Sucker rod pumps used for extracting oil out of the ground. This buisness has never posted a loss.
It has grown every year with little or no advertising or salesmanship. The shop is in Loco Hills New Mexico.
Which is in the middle of the 2 biggest oil producing counties in New Mexico. The closest pump shop is 50 miles
Either way. My plan is to buy the first pump shop In loco Hills. Then there is another pump shop in
Lovington NM. The owner of that one is also ready to retire. Both have established customers .
All pump shops in this area has one thing in common no matter where they are located. They all
Order parts from Midland Tx or Odessa Tx. I would like to not only make my own parts but also Supply pump
Shops in new mexico.
