I would like to begin purchasing property locally in my area which is the district of Washington and Columbia Maryland.I would like to purchase using creative financing in the forms of lease options and things of that nature.I would like to build on this and of course you will see great profit up until our partnership ends with me branching off and continuing on my own.I would say that this would probably be with in the next 5 years after beginning a partnership with you.I have been trying to do this for the past 8 years and I have sat on the idea.I know that I can do this with out a doubt and see enormous profit.I just have to start from the (URL removed) after losing my son to suicide I am so much more determined then (URL removed) daughter just graduated with honors and I could not do anything special for her,this really upset me and made me more of a determined woman then I have ever been in all of my 37 years.
