Description:
I own 6 acres of commercial/residential property with zoning for a rv park subdivision along the Kootenai River in North Idaho. I currently have a thriving gas station/convenience store along the Idaho/B.C. border, and a pub that has been partially renovated, but not yet reopened. My dad had a successful business there for 20 years prior to his passing in 2000. I am in dire need of the capital to complete a few basic renovations and get the basic equipment and fixtures to open the pub/coffee shop. This would be a timely investment as the Canadian trade is tremendous right now, and I am finally able to be there full time to undertake this next business phase.
