Description: We provide labor at retail establishments on behalf of large manufacturers like Kelloggs and Kraft, Pepperidge farms etc. We go into the retail accounts and "reset" the shelf schematics 1 to 2 times per year. We currently have 30 employee's working part time in the northern California area. We have a unique opportunity to expand to 100 employees and up to 1.5 million in gross sales. We need some help for the first year to float payroll. These manufactures tyically don't pay for 60 to 90 days and we could incure up to 90K in payroll (30K per month). We currently run a 25% profit margin which would allow us to completely repay the loan in 12-18 months.
