Recently purchased the perfect Arizona house and converted it to a bed and breakfast using my good credit (experian 739 rated A)to do so.
As a 20 year veteran of the hotel industry, the business is booming!! Doing over $10,000 per month and getting better daily.
I am looking for a $100k loan to consolidate all my credit cards. I am not maxed out... Simply being financially prudent by paying these things off and reducing my monthly cost from $3300 per month to a 5 year note at maybe 12%.
No equity is available in the house yet unless I want to refinance as commercial. That would sacrifice a great existing 6% residential loan. Not worth it...
