Description: ThinApp specializes in creating affordable, high-end, hand-crafted mobile apps. We have a super unique approach and believe we offer the best value in the world when it comes to mobile apps. While others try to "machine" automate the creation of mobile apps, we have taken the stance to "process" automate, inspired by Amazon. We create perfectly engineered apps that are built in a way that makes them very modular in nature, which makes it easy for us to create App Templates and mix-and-match app features to create totally unique apps. This cuts down about 80% of the development time, allowing us to focus more on design and execution, thus giving our clients more value for their budget. We've done about $100k+ in the last 12 months, but a lot of time has been spent making a base foundation of about 4-5 solutions, which we felt we could re-sell as more out-of-the-box apps, so we expect the next 12 months to be extremely different in revenue generation. Here's one of our solutions: (URL removed) I'm from Chicago and am starting to find close connections through ex-classmates, etc. that are leading to some very big potential partnerships. For example, I have about 3 different and unrelated potential partnerships that could lead to multi-million dollar contracts, not to mention a 4th one with an International Creative Agency that's interested in partnering with us. I could use some help in hiring just a couple of sales people - to essentially help me cover their consultant salaries until the revenue comes in that they generate, as well as a little money to help float us while we wait on revenue related to these larger partnerships. Everything we do we make sure we are making money, but some of these larger companies take forever to make moves, so we end up doing a little bit of extra work as a result of trying to move the deals ahead which tighten our cash flows a bit. We have the money coming in, but it's always a fun waiting game, with clients, milestones and payments. Some capital to float ourselves would be huge. SOME BACKGROUND I've been in Tech/Internet full-time since about 2008, so 9 going on 10 years. I founded an online company that did really well and generated 5-figures in profit per month called (URL removed), which I still own - and have a strategy to eventually bring back to glory (ie. so I haven't given up). I also have been running a local Website Development Boutique Firm for the entirety of the last 9 years, which has served as an excellent compliment to my startup endeavors. It helps give me the infrastructure that most lack - and it pays for itself through us accepting outside projects. But, we're smart - we don't just take any projects - we try to partner with companies who can pay us well and not be a distraction, which allows us to also efficiently focus on our tech endeavors. About 3 years ago I started to pivot to mobile. So over the years we shifted as tech did - from websites to wordpress to responsive custom websites to web apps to native mobile apps.
