Description:
We have teamed with an international company to construct and operate Pyrolytic Conversion Plants throughout California. Long term financing is in place for the construction and operating costs of the plants but we are seeking short term capital.
Our group includes several school districts and related cities to provide Municipal Solid Waste for conversion to electricity. This is a proven technology with an operational demonstration plant in Southern California that is fully licensed and ready to duplicate and we have the Licensing Agreements. This is clean energy that will eventually eliminate landfills!
