We are a growing residential and commercial remodel/ new construction company. We bought out Gary Baker Construction in December of 2024. We have had positive growth but cash flow has been often slow. We have invested in a cabinet manufacturing company that was also owned by Gary Baker. We produce all of our own millwork for our projects. We have tackled some very large municipal and private projects. Our average commercial remodel falls between $1.5M-$3M. We are seeking operating capital, capital to eliminate overhead debt from acquiring the company, and capital to add additional service lines to our company. We would like to add a Master Electrician, Plumber, and HVAC technicians to self perform, for a larger profit margin and control the timelines of getting projects completed.
