Description:
We have a 1940's hotel in downtown Jasper we want to refurbish. It will be a weekly rental for rooms. We have advertised and there is a need in the area. We only need $60K for the repairs. There is potential net income of $5000 monthly. So we can have the money paid back pretty quickly.
