I started Ginger's in 2010 and became very popular within my local community of Santa Monica where the demand for healthy treats is high. Unfortunately , I couldn't keep up with the demand due to lack of funds. It was a good problem to have, but now I'm seeking funds to kick start Ginger's again so I can continue spreading the love of Ginger's muffins to everyone.
As a skilled and professional barista, I've decided to transform Ginger's into a mobile coffee bar. Ginger's will offer the best organic and fair trade coffee and vegan delights at any event.
