I have been in the Real Estate Business since 2001, however I just received my Broker's License this Summer. I am looking for an investor for bank owned homes that are in need of some type of repair that can be fixed and then re-sold on the market to make a profit (flipped). My husband has been in the business of repairing homes for over 20 years and will ensure that the repairs needed are more cosmetic verses structural (and more costly repairs)so there are no surprises. I need the money to buy the house as well as money to repair the house, then sell the home at or below market value for profit.
