Description:
At WhydoweworkRecruiting, we use an extensive search and filtering process to tailor fit the staffing needs of our clients with experienced and talented employees. After carefully profiling the needs of the client and helping to refine the exact experience profile for prospective candidates, we filter and screen thousands of resumes from our proprietary database, as well as public databases to identify prospects. We then carefully and intensely interview each prospect to ensure their experience and track-record meet the needs of our clients. Only then do we coordinate an introduction
